Westfield Health recognised as Silver in new Investors In People standard

Westfield Health has been awarded Silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard during a recent review, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

We have held the Investors in People accreditation since 1997, and are one of the first to be accredited with the newly released and more stretching sixth generation Investors in People Standard in South Yorkshire. It is an acknowledgement of the organisation’s commitment to engaging the workforce in continuous improvement and performance management – key strengths identified during the assessment.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Based on the practices of leading organisations from across the world, the newly released sixth generation has evolved to reflect leading people management practice, the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best on an international scale. Only the top 5% of accredited businesses across all sectors are expected to be awarded Silver with the sixth generation Standard and this is therefore recognition of Westfield Health’s high performance in people management.
